  Fullerton Short Sales | How Many Land in Foreclosure? 

  I think, a lot of them land in Foreclosure! Get help. Get a capable Fullerton short sale agent.

  Fullerton short sales, or specifically, “distressed sales” in Fullerton remain at 28% of listings. In August there were 395 homes listed. 196 closed. What does that say about the 28% of them that were short sales?

  Conservatively, Fullerton short sale agents were able to move about 55 out of around 110 short sale homes if the percentage factor held out for distressed properties. My guess is that it didn’t. It caved and most of the short sales did not close.

  What becomes of short sales that don’t close?

  Foreclosure.

  The moral of the story?

  Get an experienced Fullerton short sale agent who can handle the negotiations and problems that will most likely plague your effort to do a short sale in Fullerton.

The niche website depends on uniqueness of content for optimal performance in the up to 25% of Google’s ranking algorithm according to the SEOMoz 2011 ranking factors survey. The rest is external- links, citations and social metrics as well as some domain level metrics and website server performance factors.

  Locality in niche home pages creates a powerful additive to ranking results as well.

  Watching All That Bogus Article Spinning for OC SEOs 

  You Can Do Better!

  I’ve seen a recent influx of machine-spun articles for several local companies, all competing for the phrase, “Orange County SEO” but their spun content is enough to bring you to tears- of boredom. Has it helped them in the SERPS? Not really, as far as I can tell. A few sentences of original content that just might be worth reading is still IMHO, the way to better rankings and better link-juice for that matter.

  My website, http://solutionsbydave.com saw a brief dip in the SERPS with the last Panda update, but then it went right back to its usual place within around a week. What did I do to effect that change? Not much. I added a couple of links without regard to keyword and waited. Meanwhile, sites I’ve seen using those spun articles seem to have moved down.

  The formulas for SEO and linking are fairly obvious.

  • Not too many links on a single keyword. Balance them with others.
  • Fix your website
  • Build links from decent sources

  I’m liking it | SEO Expert | Breckenridge Homebuilder 

  

  Lately I’ve been watching some smalltime PR0  website rank first in Google, using straight SEO tactics. A direct link wheel drives this result and I’m surprised at how well it did with so little effort. I’m currently studying all the aspects of this particular campaign. What will be interesting, is to see if they get hit with a Google smack down.
