Of course, eventually, if you wait long enough, Google might index your article or less likely, your profile page or comment. Or maybe they never will- unless you hit it with a few links, even in a short post.

Google May Index At Near Real Time, But Orange County SEO Results are Still Stop and Go

My target for a competitive term in Orange County photographers netted a 6 position jump recently, all the way from position 12 or 13 to position 5. This was a result, not of more changes on the website, but simply adding back-links from sources I already have access to, over a three of four weeks time. Nothing happened for the first three weeks and then an incremental move from position 12 to 11 for a couple of days. Then, out of the blue, a sudden move to position 5.
One other factor was some increase in traffic (slight) by syndicating content on social networks back to the website. My next effort will be to try to increase time-on-site stats with video.
Orange County SEO is competitive on just about every front and SEO for photography is appreciably high for most searched terms.

SEO for video, the more you post, the more Google loves you. There seems to be a reciprocal relationship between the frequency of posts and the speed with which Google indexes your posts. hmmm…

Orange County Real Estate Photography – if a picture is worth a thousand words, you want twenty or twenty five thousand according to an article by point2.com that concludes you get more bang for the buck when you post photographs. That’s the short of it. If you’re not posting the maximum photographs with every real estate listing, you’re essentially throwing away money- lots of it.
I’d venture to suggest that video follows this theory too and will continue as video becomes a more integral part of universal search. You don’t have to be an SEO expert to realize that people expect more interactive media in their search experience as it becomes more common.
SEO and Video
Video seems an ambiguous SEO endeavor. I’ve found little solid technique such as is easily found for organic web searches. This isn’t to say that algorithms for video aren’t guessable, but other than back links and relevant text on the video page or site, I’m pretty much in the dark as the next SEO practitioner.

I’m still in the assessment phase of what may even work or have predictable results. The types of video seem to matter a lot to Google. Youtube gets much greater attention and indexing than your own self-hosted video.
