I posted a new video for a Temecula independent bookstore. My wife, Diane spotted this store months ago but we get home late from her school in Anaheim most days. One day last month, we had the rare opportunity to come home before closing and we stopped in. Diane loves book stores, especially where there is a selection of used books. Eclectic fits the bill, selling used and new books.
The bookstore is actually located in the adjacent city Murrieta, on Murrieta Hot Springs Road, around a quarter mile from the 15 freeway. They may be about the only true independent used bookstore in town.Eclectic Books has a lot packed in for what looks from the outside, to be a small bookstore but don’t let that fool you. You’ll find a great choice of books from independent to out of print, and of course, new books here. There is plenty to explore.
Are you still making offer after offer in Orange County or Riverside County real estate with that paltry FHA loan that everyone rejects? Contact Lillian for tips on new Menifee Homes for Sale
Added this La Cresta Homes video a few days ago. Check out the expansive home with panoramic mountain views and at night, the city lights of the Temecula valley. The home is on its own hilltop on a ten acre lot. The views are perfect as is the expansive home custom built with wood floors and much more.
Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula – Areas where prices are at record lows but good homes and good deals are still hard to find. Bank owned and other distressed properties are no match for the new homes for sale in Murrieta and New homes in Menifee.
I’ve heard more and more lately about what a difficult time buyers are having, making repeated offers and receiving unreasonable counter-offers from banks or demands for various down payments or other hassles, usually financial arrangement related. It seems banks are really trying to manipulate everything according to the needs of everyone except the persons trying to make the transaction.
The Cure? Get a new house. Brand new, and skip all the rigamarole surrounding the so-called great deal on an often-abused REO property.
