Micro Strategies in Real Estate – Olympus

Interesting that this target of Olympus Jupiter homes is also an example of micro strategies for niche targeted SEO. The effort? To show a local homeowner that their home can be marketed directly to buyers who want it.

That seem simple enough but many agents still won’t do it. A few minutes to make a very niche target rank #1 in Google. Do you think that won’t impress the client? You’re wrong. Even when they’re selling their home, they’re very attached to it. They’ll get nearly misty-eyed when they see their home “in lights” as it were at the top of Google. I’d even go so far as to SEO their address in advance.

Stacking the Odds Like an Expert

This concept of stacking single keywords and letting Google sort them out seems like a promising one. If I don’t try to dictate the order of keywords, I can let Google sort it out and arrange them differently each time. Presumably, I’d get:

    • Randomized anchor text
    • Keyword density calculated by Google with more granular control over order by frequency of posting one keyword: Found vs. other keywords while excluding now on some posts will give a little stronger emphasis on Get Found with a little less on “now.”
    • Less appearance of anchor-text manipulation attempts- provide the keywords; let Google sort ‘em out.
    • More likely to be indexed rather than ignored? possibly not.
    • Less probability of monitoring by competitors since they’re looking for the long tail version. Now I can put the word, “get” way down here instead of in close proximity to the rest of the long-tail phrase and have it out of the order competitors are searching for as well, making it less relevant to their search while still highly relevant to the target keywords.

How to be an SEO expert? Study hard all the time. Watch for changes any time.

A Kind Of Debt – SEO vs Technical

I wrote a post recently, comparing technical debt to SEO debt, titled Technical Debt And SEO Debt

In a sense, they’re not all that dissimilar.   Both of them have not addressed, come back to exact a price on you later. A a best practice is to not incur the debt in the first place.

Technical debt is a phrase coined by Ward Cunningham.

Web Famous Artificial Intelligence Is A Clone

AI, or artificial intelligence is a phrase coined by John McCarthy in 1956. He called it the science of engineering of making intelligent machines. In 2009, a humanoid robot named TOPIO, play ping-pong at the international robot exhibition in Tokyo. I’m not sure playing ping-pong qualifies for intelligence anymore than making a car does. Artificial intelligence taken to its logical conclusion, would no longer be artificial but actual intelligence. The capability to be subjective, to reason and to perceive is pretty much impossible to define in any context.

But I digress… This is a post about a clone, and it’s in the link above. It remains to be seen whether it is a logical conclusion that this target will end up in the index.
