Writing more about Florida real estate in recent weeks has resulted in more status and exposure for the real estate sites involved, including my own, The region of Admirals Cove and Jupiter, FL is very popular for casual curiosity seekers (like those looking for Tiger Woods’ new estate) to serious home searchers. Admirals Cove is one of the most highly valued communities in Florida with homes selling for nearly eight figures at up to $9.9 million. Many Admirals Cove homes have private docks that can allow access for yachts up to 130 feet. Waterways there connect directly to the Atlantic Ocean so you can literally sail from your back yard to anywhere. A recent video for an adjacent community pulled in hundreds of hits, although not directly Admirals Cove. The town of Jupiter and Admirals Cove were once little more than a fishing spot and hurricane refuge. Its “out of the mainstream” feeling make its homes among the most expensive in the country.
